Returns & Exchanges

Suit Negozi Row offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return your luxury fashion items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest tracking portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Suit Negozi shipping box along with the printed return invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a collection with our courier or drop it off at an authorized point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the condition of your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
